I worked as a Data entry specialist for 1 year and 4 months, my duties there was to encode the merchant affiliation form of a new client of the company to the company system which is error-free.
I also worked as an Online manager, I used to manage the messages, replying to every comment, posting new products and new promos, made shipping and tracking shipments. I also act as customer service for the customer who has concerned regarding the business.
