I've been trained on most of the advertising platforms- Facebook, Amazon, Google and Bing PPC and Ads management. I am currently managing Facebook Ads manager for my client which entails me to research and implement targeting, audience, effective advertising goals and objectives, creatives, and copies and headlines, analytics, and reporting. I am currently managing Amazon sponsored ads/headline search ads for US and CA marketplace. At the same time, I am responsible for the data feeds updates of Bing and Google shopping accounts.

Prior to Freelancing, I've been working in a BPO industry for almost 10 years with a vast experience in B2B, chat/email and phone supports. I have handled different accounts from Telco,Cable TV, Bing.com (advertising) and Travel/flights. I have been promoted as Team lead, handled escalation and client services as well as tasked to handle improvement plans and sales clinic for outliers.

I am an expert on Pay per click advertising (handled Bing.com PPC) with experiences on Campaign analytics and ads editorial.

I also had a short stint in teaching- IELTS review, Reading Comprehension and I have been a freelance for over half a year now and I am loving it. I am looking for a stable and long-term career with a insatiable needs for learning and development on my current skill set.grammar improvement classes.
