Designed/Implemented the application in such a way that it has a workflow provided by DISPS department for approval, analysis output registry, and analysis output dissemination. Enabled the database to be searchable by different criteria which compose the request and the analysis output. Implemented the application to enable the (laboratory staff must have the option to add an analysis output that is not related to a request (from a publication or an external laboratory). Inclusion of new key functionalities to AFAWA System. Authentication for ICARDA staff: - included single sign-on or Active Directory authentication protocol on AFAWA to allow ICARDA staff to easily login with their usual login credentials. This enables staff not to remember different username and passwords and allow them to use their usual windows credentials to access resources in AFAWA. This is commonly used in MEL as well. Harvest FEED and related publication from MEL: - a functionality to share information from MEL repository on AFAWA system had been included and tested.
