Stakeholder Management - Maintaining strong relationship with our UK based institutions and exam boards
Training & Development - Mentoring and guiding colleagues and providing training to venue staff responsible for delivery of exams. I was also responsible for the content development of training focusing on developing the leadership and communication skills of our temporary staff hired to conduct exams.
Finance Management - Budgeting for events, invoices, receipts. We are also responsible for finding the most cost effective alternatives for our service delivery.
Marketing - Sustaining the British Council brand name and making sure that all our stakeholders have access to the right information. Promotion of initiatives such as training conducted by the British Council for schools, registration of schools.
Business Development - Responsible for bringing in new partnerships and outsourced projects
Customer Relationship Management - Maintaining a strong link between the office in Karachi and USA, also making sure that relationship between current customers is strengthened further.
Digital Media Management - Revamping of the Technology Outsourcing website, as well as making sure that the company has a strong present on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn. Keeping a track of their page insights on LinkedIn, managing connections with important clients and prospective clients.
Sales & Marketing - Creating a business-to-business marketing strategy tailored for our customers in USA and Pakistan. The strategy relied heavily on digital media such as social network platforms, e-blasts, video conferencing, and podcasts using Google analytics to analyze web traffic.
Market Research - Development of a list of prospective clients based on extensive market research
Team Management - Management of team operating in Karachi and the office based in Missouri. Making sure that the communication is smooth between the team members and customer feedback is taken into account
Project Management - Management of ongoing and new projects, costing, budgeting, gantt charts, team development and management.
Recruitment and Hiring - Hiring of team according to the project needs, contracts, benefits
Budgeting & Finance - Contracts, benefits scheme, project feasibility analysis, cash flow, forecast of cash journals for the fiscal year.
