Afterall, we end up spending over 75% of our adult life working.
Practical learner.
Its pivotal to understand, theory cant prepare you for life.
And, a decade of schooling followed by college isnt enough to
render one smart enough to adapt to the highly dynamic
environment of our world.

What do I
stand for?
I firmly believe in walking baby steps each day to
reach the hilltop.
The ideology reflects the need for a target, clear
understanding of what is needed to achieve it, a
bottomline strategy to break the task into
achievable targets thus creating a sense of
purpose and joy. After all its the journey that
matters.
True happiness steams from achievements. Seeing
collective efforts translate into something
meaningful is what drives me. With what I do, I
seek to be challenged, perplexed, grow and be

This is where my fundamentals of establishing the new come into play.
Luckily, the team that was formulated shared the philosophy of
having a multi dimensional entrepreneurship cell that adds value
garners opportunities and ecosystem to assist budding business
minds.
I overlooked the role of formulating the roadmap, key functions and
ways to achieve the body objectives alongside identifying exposure
and associations opportunities.
In my capacity, I planned and executed multiple speakers sessions,
mentor connects, Business plan competition and instated a guidance
board. To connect the dots, a newsletter was incorporated alongside
generating representations at multiple B school fests and
competitions.

Founder & Team Lead - Project Malhaar

We see a dearth of two aspects within environment college cells,
resources & ability to project change / impact because of it.
I crafted this project to bring the forces of 13 college cells together
with a singular program, common objectives, standard practices,
access to globally recognised institutions and financial resources via
government, private funding.
The common objective? Promote sustanability, awareness and guide
people with ways to reduce their individual carbon foot print
I Lead a direct team of 17 individuals and roughly 500 volunteers
indirectly. My role was to plan the project, design it's course of
action, bi furcate jobs to be undertaken to the right division of
departments based on each member's skill set and devise a
monitoring plan to see the activities through.
The work saw shining media coverage, active citizen involvement and
established a community of like minded individuals who are
concerned about the nature.

Enactus is one of the most impactful global initiative aimed at achieving
the right equilibrium for all stake holders involved. It acts as a
fundamental driver in instilling the best of entrepreneurship and the
concept of caring for society.
The projects and challenges students undertake to solve a societal issue
and engage with the target segment on a much more personal level, it
gives them a chance to really widen their horizons.
My role here was to create a scalability plan to achieve standard
operational & outcome analysis measures keeping into factor
geographical and demographical variance to maximise impact.
I was also responsible for ensuring resource generation and associations
for replication of projects in multiple cities.

A batchmate's stellar vision to bridge the customer engagement and
analysis gap for small businesses to drive growth with understanding of
the market, consumer. Customer first, as the name suggests, is a unique
customer relationship management system that allows merchants to
engage better with their customers and in turn gain meaningful insights
and trends.
Major responsibilities that I undertook as a part of my job role were:

I personally have a theory about entreprenuership. In my opinion, there
are two broad ways to go about identifying what to work upon and how.
First is innovation, identifying the need to build an offering never seen /
heard of before. Second is corrective/ transitional emulation. The focus
here is to identify an existent offering and add more value to it / re
design it to serve and better fulfill your target market for instance an
offering in the US needs to go this route to serve the Indian market.
#Rewards was my first solo stint built around the concept of pushing
consumerism and bringing the multi brand retail loyalty, incentivistion
program to tier 2,3 cities in an economical yet effective manner.Its
formalised and organised the loyalty benefits approach to help service
providers reach out their target market at a fraction of the marketing
cost and provides a suitable platform for them to engage, assist and
support further driving consumer loyalty.
We launched a beta offering for 6 months working with 40+ stores
followed by a full fledged launch in 2016 with over 450+ outlets
including the likes of Marriott, Toni & Guy further converting to over
40,000 memberships sold in the first year. It ran its course in 2018.

exclusive boutique cafeteria's to unwind and enjoy unique offerings?
After all, each entrepreneur puts in an honest days effort into their
work.
I conceptualised steaming mug to complement the growing co working
space fad by offering end to end kitchen and cafeteria outsourcing to
develop a cost saving & hassle free experience for the host and tenants.
The first outlet was incorporated at S.PACE Bhopal in July 2017 serving
over 180 pax daily.
I passed on the operational responsibilities to existing team in December
2017 to focus on other commitments.
