Cargo Operations Executive - Shipping & logistics

***** Maintain strong relationships with airlines and also key clients by ensuring proper follow up.

  • Arranging and coordinating air freight transport of freight by making necessary bookings for space, coordination with different airlines and prepares transportation documents (way bill, Airway bill etc.)

  • Ensure appropriate coordination between land and air operation crews in different locations and provide appropriate support to facilitate operations.

  • Plan and discuss the operations activity with general manager and follow his orders and make sure all necessary steps are taken to carry out the given task.

  • Provide presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service.

  • Carry out reception and customer care activities by consulting customers about any queries or complaints through phones or email.

  • Carry out basic admin duties.

  • Coordinates with all department to ensure proper running of whole operations to achieve the organization goal as well as the individual goal.

Assistant Manager - FMCG

  • Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies.

  • Coordinate daily operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory.

  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data like revenues and expenses.

Logistics Coordinator - Shipping & logistics
