After spending one year in United States to improve my English, I came back to Japan and I graduated at the Fukuoka University in International Trade.
I worked 2 years in a call center as a customer support for a network service company. My job consited in providing assistance to japanese customers in wide range of issues. There I could improve my problem solving and communication skills.
Then I started working for international students exchange project run by Fukuoka Prefecture. Here my job consists in managing and promoting international exchange between Japan and countries of the Asia Pacific area.
Thanks to this job I could learn how to communicate and provide assistance on an multilingual and multicultural level.
