I am a recent graduate with a B.E. in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology. I bring a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical execution, which I am eager to apply to a challenging Data Analyst role.

• BI & Visualization Expertise: I am proficient in MS Excel for advanced reporting and automation, which is a key skill for this domain. My experience also extends to industry-standard tools like Tableau and Power BI for dashboard design and visualization.

• Programming & Data Management: I possess robust skills in Python (using Pandas and NumPy) for complex data manipulation, and Advanced SQL (including Window Functions and CTEs) for efficient data extraction and querying. I am also familiar with Database Management concepts, including Normalization and ETL Pipelines.

• Analytical Focus: My work includes Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Data Validation, and Statistical Modeling to identify patterns and trends that drive business strategy.

My projects showcase the practical application of these skills:

• Customer Order Analytics: I designed a normalized relational database and then wrote complex SQL queries to generate essential reports on customer trends and revenue. Critically, I integrated these SQL outputs with MS Excel for automated business analysis, demonstrating my ability to streamline reporting processes.

• Employee Attrition Deep Dive Analysis: I quantified the overall attrition rate and diagnosed specific root causes. By visualizing the data, I identified that attrition was highest in Research & Development (56%) and posed a significant risk for frequent travelers (41.9%), providing clear, actionable insights for mitigation.
