In my current role as Senior QA Engineer, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software through systematic testing processes. My expertise includes designing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. I have also worked as an assistant project manager and managed end-to-end project implementation, delivering projects, developed project plans, RTMs and integration documents. Led a team of 3 using Agile methodology. Now seeking a career transition, I am well-equipped to apply my strategic and managerial skills in roles such as project management, business analysis, process improvement, or other positions that align with my MBA qualification and desire for professional growth outside the QA domain.
