Murder Mystery Dinner: Midnight at the Masquerade October 17, 2018/in Arts & Culture, Community, Events, Events & Happenings, Grass Valley /by Admin-GNC There’s been a murder at a billionaire’s annual masquerade ball and local residents are needed to solve it! Kick off Halloween week with this fun murder mystery dinner at The Foothills Event Center on October 27that 6:30pm. Guests will work together throughout dinner and show to find out who the guilty party is. Looking for a suspect who has motive, opportunity and capability will be a challenge in a room full of masked possibilities. Guests can partner with those at their tables to go over the clues and find the killer, all over a plated prime rib dinner. The show is performed by actors from The Murder Mystery Company which began in 2002 in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a small performance company and grew into having over 40 venues in 20 states performing 3,500 shows for over 300,000 guests every year. Each of the actors live locally in their regions. The delicious dinner will be catered by A Family Affair, an local company who have been catering for almost 20 years. Guests can choose prime rib or a vegetarian option. Wondering what to wear? Masks are highly encouraged whether they are Venetian style, feathered, or a makeup mask. Masks will also be available at the door for those who do not bring their own. Business casual to dressy attire is encouraged, but not required.
