Megan Marchand

In my past 8 years of experience working in education administration within the Unites States, and China, as well as my current diplomatic experience within Serbia, I have developed the capabilities to successfully design, promote, and implement new projects into communities at an international level. I have been searching how I may use my skills to help strengthen the communities of Serbia, and I am certain that any position requiring leadership and interpersonal skills, would be an ideal partnership and platform for cooperative success during my time in Serbia.

I was awarded my Bachelor's in Emergency & Disaster Management, and Master's in Education Administration, both from American Military University in the United States. My education and principal license are issues by the Texas Education Agency, and upon request, I will send all necessary license and references documents. This wide range of training has given me preparation to work with a combination of military, government, business, local state governments, and other stakeholders to arrange and persuade the acceptance of new proposed humanitarian projects and deals.

I have been living in Serbia since February 2020, volunteering my time in diplomatic advising, in order to further understand the societal demographics within this region, and now is the time for me to move forward to a permanent position in order for my stay in Serbia to warranted. I would love to meet you person and share my experiences in Serbia thus far, to see how we may be able to collaborate and reach our goals. I look forward to meeting you!
