Megan Herman

Hello my name is Megan Herman. I am currently looking for work and have many years of experience working in the customer service industry. In Canada I studied for my Supply Chain Training Diploma. Through my studies I gained knowledge in fields such as accounting/finance, organizational behavior, negotiation/contract prep, marketing, microeconomics, procurement, logistics, communication/relational skills, and operations management. Following my studies I couldn't imagine myself sitting in an office for the rest of my life so I decided to take a couple cosmetic courses for eyelash extensions, lash lifting, and teeth whitening. After obtaining my certifications I started my own eyelash extension business where I was managing everything myself such as marketing, supply chain, client retention and generation. I temporarily closed my business to move to Switzerland where I worked an administrative role for a cosmetic company.
