Meg Richelle S. Nañawa

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Caloocan City. I have one and a half years of on-site experience in accounting and financial operations, with a particular focus on managing supplier transactions and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.

In my most recent role, I was responsible for recording supplier-related transactions, validating invoices, and preparing payment and check vouchers for both suppliers and company expenses. I also handled monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that our QuickBooks records aligned accurately with the company’s bank statements.

Beyond bookkeeping, I managed online banking transactions—such as utility bill payments, fund transfers, and remittances—and coordinated closely with both the Accounts Receivable department and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or overdue receivables. I also took charge of preparing and submitting BIR Form 2307 to suppliers and worked hand in hand with our outsourced tax department on monthly purchase reports and compliance matters.

Through these responsibilities, I developed strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting processes. I’m confident that my experience in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient payment operations will allow me to contribute meaningfully to your team.
