Good day. I am a graduate of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science. My first job was as a Medical Technician. My contract lasted for almost a year. My main responsibility was blood collection and performing basic laboratory tests. During my tenure, I have learned how to work with so much pressure but at the same time, delivering accurate and precise results. After my contract ended, I trained as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant which focuses on English proficiency, basic phone handling, appointment setting, pharmacy refills, transcribing, and data entry. This training helped me a lot land my first job at a BPO company as a Customer Service Associate. My key roles for this job is answering customer's inquiries, providing data regarding their parcels and packages, and guiding them to navigate the company's website to track their future transactions with the company with ease. During my tenure, I have honed my English communication skills, multi-tasking skills, phone handling skills, and customer service skills.
