Having total 10yrs &6months of experience in Merchant Acquiring Onboarding operationsin HDFC Bank under the payroll of Datamation Consultation India Pvt Ltd and HDB Financial Services Ltd.

Responsibilities:
Role in this activity is to maintain a log of Merchant Application & Agreement Form (hereinafter referred as Forms) received, scrutinizing of the forms to identify defects or rejections and establishing the form sourced is as per guidelines set by policy and business at that time.
Scrutinization of the forms and attached KYC documents and updating the log file with rejected or cleared forms.
Flexcube checking so that the applications are screened carefully to avoid rejections and FTNR thereby contributing the better efficiency in Productivity.
Detecting and reducing fraudulent applications at the dip level
Improvising GAR(%) by detecting the problem areas and reducing the FTNRs and collecting additional details.
Login the fresh applications and Crossell applications in system and processing of dispatching the applications and maintaining control sheets of delivery of applications.
Also handled additional responsibilities of Diners application processing at the DIP level by checking the Authorized signatory signatures, ME Codes, Legal name & Pricing etc.
Taking care of all functional & procedural requirements of various functions under these operations.
Generate Error report, MIS reports and EOD reports to clients on a daily basis.
Responsible for moving the team to accomplish its task.
Responsibilities include meeting Team’s SLAs.
Handling all queries of the business lines through Email & calls.
Provide Effective training to new joiners.
Present Roles and Responsibilities :
Preparation of various types of Credit cards & Merchant Acquiring MIS – Business MIS, Productivity MIS, Manpower MIS etc.
Maintaining Branch wise, SM wise and BDR wise reports.
Month on Month Business comparison MIS, Target Vs Achievement report, Daily Sales manager ranking, branch wise focus report, sales manager performance index etc.
Interacting with Sales managers and collecting the feedback of the branch performance and preparing the MIS based on the feedback.
Maintaining merchant login forms MRM/SM wise, dip ok, reject and FTNR reports.
Tracking customer’s transaction day/month wise volume and preparing data mrm wise.
Replying customers & branch banking mail regarding various queries, request & escalation.
Showing good performance in the team and achieve the target within the assign time.
Each major activity in Sourcing is expected to be cleared with in a set TAT. DC responsibility is to ensure that TAT like Business TAT (Collection of Forms - Sent to Ops), RTM TAT, Curing TAT is achieved as per business guidelines.
Monitoring the hygiene factor of the credit card applications processed by the team.
Filtering of applications where the applicant is mis-communicated about the credit card features such as fees and offers.
Detecting and reducing fraudulent applications at the dip level.
Finware checking, Host Checking, F4 utility so that the Merchant acquiring applications are screened carefully to avoid rejections and FTNR thereby contributing the better efficiency in Productivity and DIP level for all forms uploaded in CSP (Client Service Portal).
Efficiently handled Corporate Credit Card applications like Superia, Regalia, Infinia, Corporate Platinum, Corporate World, Business Cards which are considered as Key Products for the Organization.
