With over 15 years of experience in technology at reputed banking organizations like BRAC Bank PLC, The City Bank PLC, and Mutual Trust Bank PLC, I have taken on various leadership roles, spearheading enterprise application management and web application development. I have been deeply involved in risk management for enterprise projects and digital banking transformations, driving innovation in financial services through technology. My expertise extends to enterprise solution design, data architecture, cloud environments, and DevOps. Notably, I have been a key technical team member in the migration to Finacle 10 Core Banking and the CardPro system migration, ensuring smooth integration and project delivery. My background also includes substantial experience in project coordination, delivery management, and transformational change initiatives. With over six years of experience in large-scale ERP application development and management for renowned organizations in Bangladesh’s RMG sector, such as Knit Composite Ltd of Khaleq Group, Bengal Group, and RSM Group, worked with ERP solutions like Farvision ERP and Matrix ERP, similar to SAP, provided by Gamut Info Systems Ltd in India. I have managed a range of enterprise & Transactional Solution, including New Citytouch, MTB Digital Loan (Delivery Tiger, TallyKhata), MTB Nano Loan, DayLight Loan, Digital Onboarding, AML & CFT Compliance Solutions, Customer Feedback Management System (VOC), Asset Workflow Management, Corporate IB, Liability Workflow, LOS, Merchant Payment, Remittance Management, Custodian Automation, and SMS Banking. I am an expert in vendor management, having worked with both local and international vendors, including Panamax (India), MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd, SSL Wireless, Datasoft, Business Accelerate BD Ltd, Unisoft System Limited, and Infoex Bangladesh Limited. As a technical lead, I have been responsible for system architecture design, API scope identification, hardware configuration, standard database management, performance optimization, digital transformation, project deployment plan verification, and data management optimization. I have also handled pre- and post-project implementation phases. In addition, my expertise extends to project and delivery management, where oversee BRS and SRS document verification, project planning, application migration, bug fixes with vendors and in-house teams, stakeholder support, managing new change requests, API requirement verification, client/stakeholder management, and application support. My technical expertise includes database data sharing (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, AWS RDS, DynamoDB), training, technical support engineering, database design, and working with Agile methodology.
