I am a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and customer support professional with experience supporting businesses and teams across operations, administration, and client communication.

I currently serve as the Customer Support & Operations Manager (Self-Employed) for Jewel’s Creamery in Port Harcourt, where I manage daily customer inquiries across email, messaging apps, and social platforms. I coordinate orders, deliveries, and appointments using calendar systems, handle confirmations and follow-ups, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and task trackers. I also support sales conversations by responding to inquiries and converting leads into confirmed orders while working independently and meeting deadlines.

Previously, I worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative at Digital Witch (Nigeria), where I responded to 20+ customer inquiries daily via email and chat, resolved common issues within agreed timelines, and updated CRM records to maintain accurate customer data and interaction history. This role strengthened my ability to follow workflows, communicate professionally, and support customers in a remote environment.

I also completed my NYSC year as a Teacher at Community Secondary School, Nkpogwu (Port Harcourt), where I delivered structured lessons, maintained detailed records and reports, and developed strong communication and time-management skills. Earlier, I worked as a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant with Kellogg’s (Go-Grain), engaging with 50+ customers daily, supporting product inquiries, assisting with sales tracking, and building positive customer relationships.

Across these roles, I have developed strengths in inbox and calendar management, scheduling, CRM updates (including HubSpot), data entry, documentation, and professional customer support. I am comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM tools, and I adapt quickly to new systems.
