revenue forecasting. Set up segmented contacts, activity logging, task management and a dashboard
to track pipeline health, sales activity and monthly revenue.
Calendly
Set up and managed a scheduling workflow using Calendly, configuring availability and automated
confirmations. This streamlined bookings, improved scheduling efficiency and removed back-and-forth
communication.
Email Management
I reorganized and audited the inbox using priority tags, folders and an Inbox Zero system. I linked emails to
tasks and calendars for better follow-ups, reduced clutter, improved response time and created templates
for consistent communication.
