With my 2 years and 10 months of experience in the BPO Industry and was promoted on every 6 months of stay on each position (Agent, Supervisor, Manager); I am ecstatic to share my experience, knowledge, and acquired skill-sets to be part of your company.

• Focus and Determination - having both this attitude at works lets you finish your tasks in a timely manner without any distractions. These are very important in order for me to provide a quality of work to my superiors and clients.
• Organizing and Prioritizing - through the Eisenhower Decision Matrix, this skill gives us what is needed to prioritize the tasks given to us as an Executive Assistant. With this, I am able to organize are deliverables that should be given to our Clients.
• Initiative and Goal-Setter - setting goals for every task that I am doing needs initiative, I can’t always be a “ask me how” type of assistant. I should have the initiative to research, study, and learn so that I may be able to reach those goals that I’ve set for my client.
