I have worked in Zeus Shipping Company, South Korea for 2 years as a Customer Service way back 2015 to 2016 by responding to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes, prepare packages for shipment and pick up, record data in MS Excel, communicate with customers via phone and email and reviewing documentation to avoid errors. I also worked as a Vocal Coach in Bacoor City, Cavite from 2017 to 2018 by teaching fundamentals such as projection, breathing and vocal techniques, maintaining daily student records using MS Word. Now I have a home-based job for 2 years as a Virtual Assistant. What I do as a Freelancer are data encoding, online research, gathering Information, including retyping documents to MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Spreadsheet.
