Manages end-to-end tax compliance for retail real estate properties, including preparation,
computation, and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, income tax,
withholding taxes) in accordance with local tax laws and BIR regulations
● Prepares and reviews financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow)
ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with applicable accounting standards
● Analyzes and validates supporting documents such as sales invoices, official receipts, lease
agreements, and expense records to ensure completeness and compliance prior to tax filing
● Coordinates with internal departments and external parties (lessors, lessees, and consultants) to
gather and reconcile relevant financial and tax data
● Ensures timely submission of tax returns and financial reports, mitigating the risk of penalties
and maintaining the company's good standing with regulatory agencies
