I am a UX Designer and Design Consultant with a strong foundation in both technology and design, bridging my background in Computer Science Engineering with my ongoing Master’s in Universal Design at the National Institute of Design, India. Over the last four years, I have gained diverse professional experience across consulting, government, non-profit, and entrepreneurial domains, where I have contributed to impactful projects that balance innovation, accessibility, and scalability.
My professional journey began at Deloitte (Nov 2021 – Jun 2023) as a Consulting Analyst, where I worked across five major projects for clients including Cholamandalam, Aavas Financiers, Olympus, and JCB. My role spanned CRM software development, QA, and UX design. I created over 50+ user journeys for a banking client’s loan software, helping Deloitte secure and expand its engagement with the client. I also collaborated with global teams to deliver QA solutions that exceeded client expectations, strengthening my expertise in cross-functional teamwork and enterprise-grade systems.
During this, I also served as a Part-Time UX Designer at Compassion Unlimited Plus Action (Aug 2021 – Dec 2021), a non-profit trauma and rescue center. Here, I conducted user research, gathered requirements, and designed an internal file management solution to streamline inter-departmental workflows. This experience taught me the importance of inclusive and human-centered design in resource-constrained environments.
In 2024, I founded Two Minutes Academy, an initiative that combines design consultancy with education services. Leading a team of five, I successfully converted 45% of inquiries into paying clients, impacting 100+ individuals with a client satisfaction rating of 4.9/5. Recognized as part of the Top 1% on Topmate.io, this venture sharpened my entrepreneurial mindset and client-facing communication skills.
Most recently, I worked as a UX Design Intern at the Unique Identification Authority of India (Jun – Aug 2025). I contributed to the redesign of the Aadhaar mobile application, used by billions across India. I also created the foundation of a design system adopted organization-wide, ensuring visual consistency and scalability. This role gave me hands-on exposure to designing within regulatory and infrastructural constraints, while collaborating with PMs, engineers, and policy leaders.
Recognized as India’s Best Design Student (2025), I bring a unique blend of user research, inclusive design, prototyping, and business strategy to my work. My goal is to design solutions that are not only functional and scalable but also accessible and meaningful to diverse users worldwide.
