My name is Mayank Aggarwal and I am a Commerce graduate, Diploma in Computer Science (iGniit Course), Diploma in IPR, MBA (Production & Operation Management + Information Technology) Distance Learning

I have 15 years of experience of Quality, Training, Knowledge Transition and Operations in different processes like **collections, customer service, airlines ticketing, back-end and banking data management **and few other processes.

I have worked with different companies for domestic and international processes. In these processes, I have taken care of operations, quality, training and process improvement along with knowledge transitions from US, Costa Rica and Philippines. I have also helped senior management in creating standard templates and process training manuals as per ISO and PCI requirements.

I have taken care of Collections Team working on a US Process (in which i have taken care of Operations team along with training and quality team, process improvement, etc.) and have done knowledge transition from Costa Rica, United States and Philippines. Have a** valid passport and a valid B1/B2 visa for US with me till February 2021.**

With different companies I have worked on different levels from group lead in operation to a team lead in transitions and in quality & training department. Being a lead I was responsible for all activities from managing a team to doing annual appraisal. Helped operational team to exceed the quality targets and provided training for overall development of the team thus helping in stabilizing and streamlining the process.

Also took care of the process training for above mentioned domains.

Helped transition manager in creating RFI, RFP, BSD and other documents required for transitioning of a new process.
