Since 2021, I have been working on an annually renewable project model. I lead the development
and execution of high-impact communication campaigns across Quess Corp’s Employer Value
Proposition (EVP), Internal Communications, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Health & Wellness,
and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives. Exceeding expectations each year, I've driven employee

semiconductor solutions company, I enhance the company’s brand value by crafting thoughtleadership articles for the leadership team, developing engaging website content, editing technical
content and ensuring clarity and consistency in the organisation’s marketing collaterals.

Vice President, Content: February 2016 – June 2019
As Vice President, Content, I set up the content division, onboarded talented writers into the team
and built the organisation’s credentials as a hub for curated content. My team and I created coffeetable books, articles, bylines, case studies, research reports, websites, intranet portals, infographics,
newsletters and social media posts for clients in IT, agri-tech, government, education, EVs, NGO
sector, E-tail and healthcare to mention a few.

Branch Head: March 2012 - December 2015
I spearheaded the Bangalore operations of one of India’s oldest advertising agencies. This included
securing new businesses, nurturing client accounts, and crafting impressive communication
strategies and creatives. I also headed a dynamic creative team, ensured flawless execution and on-
time delivery. I hired and mentored junior staff and fostered a culture of continuous learning that
propelled their development as future leaders.
Mphasis
Senior Manager – Internal Communications: May 2007 - August 2010
At Mphasis, as an integral part of the Internal Communications team, I played a key role in fostering
a well-informed workforce. I promoted employee well-being through initiatives like the POSH
campaign; supported the "Disability Hiring" program, and also drove business results, through
initiatives like the "Save a Dollar" campaign that increased employee engagement in cost-saving
measures during an economic downturn. Furthermore, I developed engaging communication for
employee development ("Metamorphosis") and crisis management (Swine Flu). By crafting clear and
informative newsletters, internal mailers and posters for employee engagement, I kept employees
across all departments connected and engaged. My expertise also extended to translating
Information Security policies into clear and palatable communication capsules, ensuring employee
adherence and compliance.
Yahoo! India R&D
Lead Corporate Communications: January 2005 – March 2007
In addition to information dissemination, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in the launch of
Yahoo! Answers in India, a project that revolutionised online Q&A for the Indian audience. I also
worked closely with the design team to craft compelling recruitment collaterals that would attract
top talent. Furthermore, through internal emailers, posters and other collaterals, I built a buzz around
internal events like Hackathons, All Hands Meetings, and the prestigious Big Thinkers Series.
Early Career
Before Yahoo!, and in-between roles, I have worked on projects with NGOs like CherYsh, ActionAid
India, Oxfam India, Chrystal House India; corporates like Wipro and several freelance assignments.
I have also worked as a copywriter with advertising agencies of repute, such as Sistas, Clarion,
Contract, McCann Erickson and MC& A.
