In the wholesale side of the business, I was trained on how to search for vendors/suppliers/brands that accept retail accounts and communicate with them until they approved wholesale/retail application. Tools being used in determining which products are feasible to bring on board that those margins make sense are AMZ prospector, AMZ scout, AMZ Shark, Revseller, Keepa Graph, Scanalyze, Google drive, PC2. Regarding product inventory, customer service and communication within the team, tools being used were google email, Amazon seller central, Kibly, Trello, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Inventory. I had trainings adding products on Shopify, Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory. For Dropshipping side of the business, potential products were being searched on different supplier websites.
