Job Description:
Prepare all project proposals in coordination with Marketing Manager for submission to EVP-Operations.
Prepare and send out letter of request to Supplier Companies for Sale sponsorships
Assist Marketing Manager in trade negotiations; follow up and coordinate with target sponsors; Prepare
and finalize sponsorship letter based on the approved proposal
Canvass and finalize budget for prizes, printing of coupons, streamers etc. and media buy (AM/FM radio,
newspaper)
Prepare the final detailed budget and mechanics, and upon approval by the EVP submit to Advertising
Manager a copy for the creation of the ads
Inform concerned Department Supervisors to submit to the EDP Department discounts of items for a
particular sale period
Prepare other required documents for submission to the Mayor’s office, BFAD, BIR, etc. as needed
depending on the type of promo
Prepare radio script and press release write-ups
Prepare internal memo of the promotion for info of all Supervisors. (Memo for distribution 3 weeks before
the promo period)
Periodically check with Supervisors /Department Heads if they need SALE discount tags
Prepare all needed props (such as drop boxes, posters etc.) for a promotional activity; May include
planning out an area for display of prizes, hence preparation of backdrop and platforms etc.
Evaluate proposals of minor supplier initiated activities such as premiums, bundling, sampling, national
raffle promotions & event ticketing
