I am the woman behind Momsatwork and DigiTalent. After working in an international executive search firm, I gained experience and expertise in the recruitment industry. Intertwining my experience and knowledge in law and HR, I am now offering my services and expertise as a full-cycle HR and Recruitment Specialist to clients from across the globe.

As a freelance HR and Recruitment Director, I found freedom, flexibility, and financial security in freelancing. That's why I wanted to share the same with my fellow moms to enjoy the same.

I also have a background across other settings, including nonprofits, the academe, and a legal firm, having worked as a community extension head, special science teacher, and training consultant. I am a political science graduate holding a Bachelor of Laws and a master's in public administration.

I help my clients increase their chances of finding the best talent to fill open positions, and I do so by crafting a clear and concise job description, sourcing candidates on social media channels, screening them for interviews, understanding and fulfilling the needs of the client, making recommendations, drafting employment contracts, through the onboarding process.

I go beyond just hiring qualified candidates: I craft a brand as strong as my candidate's resumes to help retain quality talent.
