I worked at Sancor Salud from August 2015 to May 2024, performing various roles. Most recently, I was a Product Specialist in Marketing Cloud, where I managed automations, created queries, and managed databases. Previously, I was part of the Systems Help Desk team, resolving issues via remote assistance. During my time in Infrastructure and Telecommunications, I managed and implemented IBM Connections Cloud and Google GSuite Business, as well as managing over 2,000 mobile devices via MDM.
Prior to my time at Sancor Salud, I worked at Digital Solutions S.A. as a Technical Support Manager from April 2013 to August 2015. In this role, I served the public, repaired computer equipment, smartphones, and tablets, and optimized technical support, including the implementation of security cameras.
My career began at Giuliani S.A., where I was Systems Manager from March 2010 to March 2013. There, I implemented and maintained Linux servers and voice and data networks, designed software policies, controlled costs, and supported over 100 users in various technology areas. I also managed online banking and web hosting, performed backups, and designed processes and contingency plans for servers.
