Began as a captive insurance agent with Mutual Service Insurance in 1978, becoming the second youngest agent licensed by the company. I built my book of business from scratch.

Founded Erickson Insurance Agency Inc. (Independent ins agency in 1984) , building it from scratch to 1,250 customers and a total premium of $4.5 million

In 1984 I bought another independent ins agency out of town and started an independent commercial insurance inspection company. I sold the agency in 2011.

Ventured into the transportation industry as a driver and freight broker agent 2012. I moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin 2013 to be closer to my kids. I know trucking trucking and trucking insurance.

I re-entered the insurance business in 2019, driven by my love for the industry and management.

I have a property & casualty insurance license and own Max Ins Agency LLC, specializing in commercial insurance.
