In the past 10 years of my life, 8 years of career was spent with a BPO industry in Customer service and freelancing for 2 years that includes Cold calling, Telemarketing, Appointment setting, Virtual assistant, Sales, email handling. I am a Filipina and with that being said, I do my work with passion and TLC. Being an appointment setter and virtual assistant in a real estate industry for more than 2 years helped me got a lot to offer. I make sure that I am not only making an appointment but i am adding values to it for them to know what they are coming in for. I have knowledge in transferring and labeling leads on my client's property website, emailing leads in it for a property recommendation, texting and calling them using the dialer in the system. Also I make it sure to have a prompt follow-up just so the lead may not tend to forget the time and date and what the appointment is all about, add the appointment to client's and lead's calendar. I have variety of experience in managing data in MS Excel, MS Work, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Document and other related applications.
