Maureen Vanegas

My name is Maureen Vanegas, thirty-three year old, mother of five beautiful children. I am a High School Graduate of the Belmopan Comprehensive High School. I have a Business Diploma, seven CXC passes. There after I did a training with Beltraide, where I was certified in_Customer Relations, Tele sales, Back Office Processing and Call Center Procedures_

I then ventured it working field, I started with Ready call center, I resign after three months due to travelling. I then tried Invictus in Belmopan lasted about 6months and resign due to lot of personal issues. There I worked as sales agent, dealing with Credit repair.I tried a Gas station as pump attentand that didn't last.I then moved to new Village, Esperanza , my current address, I then got a job with Ariston Marketing LTD, I did concierge(CSR) for six months,I then resign to venture on my own and do my own Business. Just when I thought my business would kick off, the pandemic happen. I was doing well until we went on lock down. I then got to work from home with Belize Sevice Jobs. This too was sales orentiated. I resign too from here as I ventured to greener pastures. I then got employed by Caye Talkers LTD Belize City, .I resign again after time being, my numbers fell and I rather left on good terms than would have been fired. This one was Retention, but credit repair in beginning. I ventured once more on my Business, which is still going slowly. I felt like I need extra income so I applied with Global com, here was Sales too, booking appointments. Started February , ended . Here I worked on four different campaigns. I couldn't keep up witht he changing campaign , not being paid for training, loosing hours, so I resigned. Focused on my Business. which is making and selling of Belizean pastries.(Its not registerd).Lack of fianance , drive me to look for work again,I went back with Ariston Marketing as they were in need of agent, since I worked with them before they call me first time, while working with Gobal Com, so after I left, I went to them. Started in July and I got fired in August. . The only explanation I got from them is that the client request for some of the agents to be removed. June of this year I been doing Data analyst training, with Jeniffer Rolling King, owner of Wajenzi and Jen's Health Hut.I was refered to this site by one of the QA, that I worked with while with Ariston Marketing LTD. He express am a great agent that could do well in another company.I love the Call Centre experience I have and love working in the field. Am hoping I could be a part of great company.
