I was an email support representative in a BPO company for fifteen months. I handled a ride-sharing account, and was trained for the Lost and Found LOB. It is where we help the drivers and the passengers coordinate the lost item in the driver's car, thru email and thru SMS.

During my stay, I was able to familiarize myself with MS Excel. It is the best tool in creating my own templates or responses to the customers. Learning MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and internet navigation was not hard at all as I started to use these tools when I was still in school. I have little knowledge with Photoshop. It's not difficult to find tutorials online so I find that I always figure it out despite how little I know. I also make video clips whenever there is an occasion, like family member's birthday, mother's day, and father's day.

I'm a fast learner and I'm very trainable. I have an excellent work ethic and that starts with making sure I do my job on schedule and on time.
