I have been with BPO for 5 years now doing outbound and inbound calls as well as management role. For 4 years, I have worked for 3 different campaigns such as Western Union, LG and Sprint. My first role was a customer service representative doing outbound and inbound calls supporting LG customers with their LG Products. After a year I was promoted as an account representative to do a financial campaign supporting Inbound and outbound calls again for customers in North America and Canada. This is also the stage where I earned much experience as I moved up to Team Leader position. The most recent is also a customer service campaign making outbound and inbound calls for Sprint customers who are seeking help in transferring their numbers from other service provider and vise versa. We are also doing troubleshooting in this campaign for customers having problems with their Sprint devices.
