Data Analyst/NJ LMS Coordinator (June 2023 – Present)
Acted as the primary administrative data analyst for all county projects and various other weekly procedures. Managed all NJ LMS operations, while also onboarding and training staff. Evaluated and reported on data relevant to various government functions, including distribution of Medicaid vouchers, SNAP funding, general government assistance money, payroll information, etc.
Compiled and analyzed all data relevant to county operations, both internal and external.
Utilized Excel spreadsheets and created visual representations of interpretation of data, which were shared with key county officers.
Built, managed and maintained Somerset’s new NJ LMS portal, while also training current and former staff in how to properly utilize the program.

Acted as the point-person throughout the county’s transition from traditional physical filing to an entirety virtual filing system using DIMS software; maintained the local servers and onboarded staff. Determined eligibility of government assistance applicants and oversaw evaluations regarding new and redetermined client accounts; managed the facilitation of social workers’ caseloads.
