I’m a Client Success Director / Head of Client Success with 5+ years of experience in high-ticket coaching and education, specializing in client outcomes, retention, renewals, and long-term relationship management. My core strength is helping clients get real results while protecting revenue through strong expectation alignment, proactive support, and operational clarity.
