I started out as a Tier 1.5 customer service representative in a BPO call center. After 11 months, I applied as a Quality Assurance Analyst wherein I developed my skill in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. I've also learned to be keen to details as we were required to gather information and collate them in order to produce an analysis. During my pastime, I also did some Video coverage for events in which I was able to learn how to edit Videos using Sony Vegas. 4 years have passed and I applied as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Here, I have then developed my leadership skills as well as extreme time management and time flexibility(shift) . Aside from overseeing my subordinates, I also engage myself to upcoming campaigns in which I come up with standards and construct a monitoring form.
