In this position I was searching for my on leads via search engines. I was phoning companies and selling advertisement in government yearbooks. This was unlike any other sale I have done in the past. This was a two or three call close.
Anything for Success, December 2015 – April 2016
In this role I had the opportunity to use my sales experience and apply it to social media marketing. I was specifically targeting clients involved with MLM companies such as Shopify and Empower Network. I was selling packages to help them excel, giving the guidance on SEO and lead generation, etc.
World Binary Trade, November 2015 – December 2015
Although this was a short role I did however learn about a different sale approach. This this role I was working with binary trading, Selling bespoke binary packages to Australian clients.
Garrett Knight Associates, September 2015 – November 2015
In this role I was also working in telephone sales, however the prospects had already been previously qualified over the phone. I was instructed to call and sell blue-chip stocks over the phone to wealthy clients from our global database.
Green Planet Panels, February 2015 – August 2015
In this position I was cold calling prospective clients. I was booking appointments for a solar panel survey, with the aim that the technician would attend the appointment and sell solar panels. Sadly the company lost their government funding and I was made redundant.
Specsavers Opticians, May 2009 - February 2015
I began my employment with Specsavers when I was in full-time education. I was initially customer facing instore. As a result of this I gained excellent customer service skills, this was evidenced by receiving excellent feedback from the companies mystery shopper. On leaving full-time education I was successful in gaining full time permanent post, during this time I assisted technicians with eye examinations, this involved gaining new skills. I also worked in the lab and learned the manufacturing process. I then went on to manage this working alone. During my role I also worked at various locations around Kent.
