Being a customer service i handle different account with different issues that i need to take care of.I work on a BPO for 10yrs and on that account i learned to have knowledge on tracking of orders and by walking them through the website so that they can able to place an order online and also with different account i was a HR practitioner for payroll account i usually provide their information on their salary and benefits. And also i handle financial account where in we checking of their financial records from the bank and also transaction history.being a customer service and as an employee we need to be more patient to all clients or customers and i hope this show you how much i value world-class customer servie.
