Currently im working for Virgin Australia. Ive been their customer service for 3 months and due to my guest compliment, they promoted me to work for their Ground Operations Support team. We are the ones who are checking if there are guest who doesn't have a ticket yet 24 to 48 hrs before their flight so that they don't have any problems in their flight.
