I have worked in Automatic Data Processing, a Human Capital Management company for over 7 years and had built a strong knowledge about US Payroll and Taxation. I started as a Teledata Analyst wherein my main responsibility was to collect, calculate and enter data into the ADP RUN platform. Resolving discrepancies in the data entered before a payroll is processed was my responsibility as well so it was important that I knew how to manually calculate the payroll to ensure accuracy. I then transitioned to the Client Service Senior Analyst role where my responsibilities became broader such as ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries concerning Payroll, Tax Filing, Bookkeeping, and Banking from clients across the US - this varies from simple payroll corrections like reprocessing a payroll and tracking money movements using SAP and Oracle to complex issues such as tax filing amendments and adjustments to name a few. 

It was also my responsibility to educate business owners, human resource man agers and payroll associates on how to do their payroll using the RUN platform; and introduce the foundation of US payroll taxes and their responsibilities for their companies. 

Processing payroll, generating reports and general ledgers are also a responsibility I have performed and have enjoyed during my term with the company. 

Among the other tasks I handled in ADP was collaborating with our Regional Project Coordinator in reviewing and approving reviewers/updates to be distributed to the payroll associates during Year-End and Quarter-End seasons and assisting new associates in adapting to their new role by providing feedback and coaching.
