I’m currently building my skills in IT support and administrative work, with a focus on how digital tools are used to keep businesses organized and running smoothly. Over the past month, I’ve been learning and practicing with tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Trello, and more. Instead of just learning theory, I’ve been applying what I learn through hands-on projects that reflect real work situations.
One of the projects I completed involved setting up a full digital workspace for a company. I created a structured folder system, organized client information, built invoice trackers, and documented meeting notes in a clear and professional way. This helped me understand how important organization, accuracy, and proper file management are in a real work environment. It also showed me how different tools work together to support communication, task management, and customer service.
I’ve also spent time learning how customer support systems work, using tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Zendesk. Through this, I understand how to manage customer requests, track issues, and communicate clearly and professionally. I’m comfortable working with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord, which are commonly used in remote teams.
One thing that makes my journey different is that I’ve been able to do most of this work using just my phone. It has helped me become more flexible, resourceful, and disciplined with how I work. I’ve learned how to stay organized and productive even without a laptop, which has strengthened my ability to adapt in different situations.
I’m someone who is willing to learn, open to feedback, and focused on improving every day. I take my growth seriously and I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute, gain real experience, and continue developing my skills in a professional environment.
