Address and resolve technical problems related to digital tools and platforms used for collaboration, such as
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
Liaise with IT support or external vendors for escalated technical issues when necessary.
Data Management:
Maintain databases and records accurately.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into operational performance.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve administrative and technical issues proactively.
