Hello, I am Maryann A. Melencion. My job experience is cashiering. Being a cashier, I have faced customers with different behavior and social status. I make sure that I give them my service with warmth. I am optimistic about helping them to give solutions to their concerns by giving them a sensory response to their inquiries. My duties and responsibilities as a cashier are to process and receive payments in all modes of payment such as cash, check, and card. I am also helping my Team leader Cashier to make our monthly reports and update our Daily Collection and Monthly Reconciliations. Settle variances or shortages. Working as a cashier I learned how to be expressive to my colleagues and customer to make a better social relationships with them.

I can handle multiple tasks, have attention to detail, and am a trustworthy, dependable person who is great for time management since I have experience working as part of a team and individually. I am also having a great sense of humor and I like interacting with people.

I am a continuous learner: As a matter of fact, I am just graduated from twelve days of training and twenty-one days of the campaign provided by the Department of Information and Communication in partnership with Perpetual Help Community Cooperative and Cooperative Development Authority. During the training, I learned different basic tools that are necessary for Social Media Marketing.

I am familiar with the following tools and software such as Trello, Toggl, LastPass, HelloSign, Zoom or Skype, Calendly, Grammarly, Canva, Google Drive, Google Sheets, MSWord, and MS Excel.

I am competent in following instructions, always willing to learn, and value confidentiality. I take my job seriously.
