I am Maryam Mushtaq, a dedicated and versatile Social Science graduate with a major in Psychology from SZABIST University. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience in various roles, has equipped me with a unique blend of skills tailored for human resources and organizational development. As I seek to further my career in HR, I am committed to leveraging my psychological insights to foster positive workplace cultures, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

I am also preparing to further deepen my expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. This advanced education will provide me with a more nuanced understanding of mental health, therapeutic techniques, and human behavior, all of which I believe will significantly enhance my ability to contribute meaningfully to any HR team. I am eager to integrate this knowledge into my HR practices, particularly in areas such as employee well-being, conflict resolution, and organizational development.

My journey began with a solid foundation in psychology, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics. These skills have proven invaluable in my roles as an HR intern at HRFirst Pvt Ltd and a Program Coordinator at Integrated Psychology Clinic. At HRFirst, I honed my skills in recruitment, where I screened resumes, sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and managed the full recruitment process. I also played a key role in maintaining candidate databases and supporting HR initiatives, which allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR function within a corporate setting.

In addition to my HR experience, I have worked remotely as a Social Media Intern at The Connect Hut. This role has allowed me to expand my digital marketing skills, particularly in content creation, social media management, and online engagement strategies. My ability to work effectively in a remote setting demonstrates my adaptability and commitment to achieving results, regardless of the work environment.

My previous experience as a Program Coordinator at Integrated Psychology Clinic provided me with a deeper understanding of project management, team coordination, and communication. I successfully managed schedules, tasks, and documentation, ensuring smooth workflow and goal achievement. Additionally, I facilitated communication between team members and management, reinforcing my ability to foster collaboration and cohesion within teams.
