Maryam Farman

As a web developer and IT specialist with over three years of experience, I have successfully completed various projects in different domains and sectors. I have a strong background in IT, having completed O and A Levels in this subject and pursuing self-learning in computer skills. I am currently on a gap year to enhance my portfolio and demonstrate my abilities in this field. Some of my notable projects or work include Irteqaa ( a non - profit organization), where I was part of the HR team from August to October 2022, Pehchaan_irt as an Outreach member from August to October 2022, WWF, where I volunteered for a month in 2022, and Direct Telco LLC, a US based Telecom company, where I am currently employed. My responsibilities involved both front-end and back-end development, content creation and editing, and quality assurance. I am proficient in HTML, CSS, web development tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

I have designed and developed websites for Direct Telco LLC (www.directtelco.com), Lahore Grammar School Defence, and also served as an IT Director for several events in LGS from 2021 - 2023, handling all the technical aspects. In addition, I have expertise in Social Media management, logo making at Direct Telco, as well as for Oriflame (Cosmetics Brand) June 2021- September 2021, demonstrating my creativity and versatility in using technology. I have also completed a Google Digital Marketing Course that helped me learn and practice how to optimize my brand on SEO. My next project is to create and manage a social media page for a rug and carpet brand in Pakistan, where I will use my creativity and technical skills to promote their products globally.

Video editing and Audio editing are my passions, and I have been doing them since 2018. I have edited videos ranging from family weddings to music videos for youtube, and I have a dream of editing a film someday. I have edited videos and music for my youtube channel @MusicHits-mf35 , as well as for another channel @footballwithmusicofficial. I also edited an offical music video for Zayn Zubayr, an aspiring director with a youtube channel named @ZaynZbr.

I also have experience in using and managing various telecom systems with my experience at Direct Telco and dealing with different companies e.g. Telecall, Global Voice, Globtel etc. This has improved my communication skills and knowledge of the telecom industry within a short period of time. My passion is to create web and data solutions that are user-friendly, accessible, and meet the client's requirements. I strive to provide high-quality service and deliver optimal results.
