My journey in recruitment began way back 2019 for a local recruitment agency, where I served as a sourcing specialist. In this role, I scouted potential candidates through platforms like Indeed and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

During the pandemic, I transitioned to become an ESL Tutor for nearly a year, adapting to new challenges and opportunities. In 2021, I seized the chance to join an esteemed Australian outsourcing company. Initially hired as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I facilitated applicant processing, interview scheduling, background checks, and various administrative tasks.

With diligence and dedication, I advanced to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within a year. Currently, I oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from initial client introductions to sourcing candidates across diverse industries. My responsibilities extend to conducting interviews and guiding successful candidates through the job offer process.
