Hello! I'm an enthusiastic and seasoned Instructional Designer with a rich background in crafting compelling eLearning experiences. My journey in education and instructional design has been fueled by a passion for creating learning environments that engage and enlighten, supported by my Master's in Education from CUNY Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology.

Currently, I serve as an Instructional Designer and Consultant for GE Healthcare, where I've played a pivotal role in migrating aged course content and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop cutting-edge self-paced courses. My technical proficiency spans a variety of tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Vyond, which I employ to transform traditional educational materials into interactive, digital formats that enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.

My career also includes a position with Babb Education, where I've designed and developed a wide array of eLearning courses. These projects are not only tailored to meet specific business goals but also foster an inclusive and effective learning environment. My ability to script engaging dialogues and create immersive learning scenarios has repeatedly proven to increase course enrollments and customer satisfaction.

Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply involved in the RPG Limit Break community as a Manager & Training Specialist, where I focus on innovative eLearning solutions and maintain strong relationships with experts to deliver high-quality educational content. My projects are known for their creative flair and effectiveness, a testament to my commitment to excellence in the instructional design field.

As the owner of RPGchick Perler Crafts, my entrepreneurial spirit shines through. I manage all aspects of the business, from customer communications to product creation and online marketing, showcasing my versatility and dedication to providing exceptional service and unique products.

In addition to my roles in instructional design and business, I contribute as Adjunct Faculty at various educational institutions, where I leverage my expertise to enhance academic programs and student learning experiences. My work is characterized by a meticulous approach to course development and a commitment to continuous improvement through feedback and data-driven strategies.
