Human resources i was promoted for that said position and i don't have experience in human resource. but I believe they had trust in me and was capable and Competent in doing the job. anything I do I give 100% commitment. it was pressured and stressful experience but

I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. i also enjoy learning new experience. Patiently willing to learn.

I might have no experience in freelance but I believe i can easily learn on it just like in my experience. also believe that my working experience and knowledge is capable.
