I've been working in the HR industry for more than 10 years. I've started as an HR Associate in a global Media publication company, dealing with most of the local HR administrative work, then HR Advisor for compensation and benefits, where I manage payroll and benefits for 6 years. When I moved to a new company after 7 years, I joined as a pioneer member of the regional HR hub, where I started as an HR Advisor and now the Regional Head of Recruitment and Onboarding after 2 years in the company.
