Regularly reported progress to senior stakeholders, securing ongoing support and fostering strong engagement across the business at all levels. • Executive Sponsorship: Secured and sustained executive-level support for the Workplace Wellbeing Programme through strategic executive sponsorship. Proactively managed senior stakeholders to champion wellbeing initiatives, ensuring visible senior leadership backing.
