• Contracted through Allegro Systems: Led and supported a group of 10 professionals through an 8
week block of yoga classes.
• Contracted through Edinburgh Community Yoga for National Health Service: Led and supported a
group of 12 NHS professionals through a 10 week block of yoga classes at the Royal Hospital for Young

• Global Workplace Wellbeing Strategy: Designed and executed a global Workplace Wellbeing Strategy,
establishing clear pillars of personal and collective wellbeing supported by targeted initiatives.
Regularly reported progress to senior stakeholders, securing ongoing support and fostering strong
engagement across the business at all levels.
• Executive Sponsorship: Secured and sustained executive-level support for the Workplace Wellbeing
Programme through strategic executive sponsorship. Proactively managed senior stakeholders to
champion wellbeing initiatives, ensuring visible senior leadership backing. This support empowered
colleagues across the organisation to actively participate in the programme with confidence and
permission.
• Global Consistency: Led the successful adaptation of the Wellbeing strategy to meet diverse, locationspecific requirements. Ensured high levels of engagement across all sites through clear

• Internal Communications Support: Designed, led, and supported internal campaigns that boosted
employee engagement, shared company news, supported the people agenda, celebrated wins, and
nurtured high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Intranet Content Development : Developed and managed key communication pages within the FNZ
internal intranet, ensuring up-to-date, relevant content was accessible to all employees.
• Internal and external Website Rebrand: Managed the re-development and launch of the FNZ
company website, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing. The project involved engagement with
multiple business units and resulted in a functionally advanced, responsive and informative website.
• Proactive Cross-Department Engagement : Actively connected with departments globally to uncover
and launch news stories and campaigns that highlight FNZ’s growth and success stories.
• Employer Branding : Collaborated with the recruitment team to support FNZ’s employer brand,

Head of Sales Operations

• Sales process: Implemented a consistent process for managing all sales activity, maintaining the full
timetable of all forthcoming sales activity including sales meetings, presentations, RFP/RFI responses
and system demonstrations.
• Data management: Maintained the structure and data model for the FNZ sales CRM tool in order to
manage the FNZ sales process and produce accurate reporting for numerous audiences across the
business.
• Document management: Maintained the repository for all sales documentation via a common
organisational structure ensuring accurate version control.
• Project management: Co-ordinated subject matter experts within the sales team and wider FNZ
organisation to provide input to sales activity. This included ensuring key governance processes were
adhered whilst developing internal business case, management review and final board review and
sign-off.
• Reporting and communications: Responsible for accurate pipeline reporting, ensuring availability at
all times. Key person for any information relating to sales process; sales reporting for sales meetings,
management meetings, regional board meetings, group board meetings and all internal
